• Tips and porter charges
• Early check in and late checkout
• Camera & Entrance fees
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults etc.
• Any other services/activities not specified above.

• Requesting you to kindly keep a close watch on the COVID19 protocol updates by the Govt. of the states included in the itinerary including the state where the guest originate / transfer (connecting) through. We do not hold any responsibility of the same as we hardly got any command on it and the regulations are getting changed frequently without much notice period. Most of those travel advisory asks the guest to produce a COVID19 negative certificate / be quarantined for a period advised by the concerned Govt. authorities
• The transportation rate offered is inclusive of Dirver's Batta, Toll, Parking. Permit etc. Considering the dynamic change in COVID19 protocols by various Govt. if the driver is being instructed to undergo a RTPCR test – in case of multi state trips – the cost of the same has to burned by the guest. Such information can be shared only a day prior to the tour starts as the rules and regulations are getting changed/amended frequently. Requesting you to kindly update the same with the same to avoid any inconvenience in the last minute

• The above given rates are "just a tentative offer for your reference" the final rates can be updated only up on finalisation / confirmation of the services
• Confirmation of the above mentioned services are subject to the availability at the time of booking
• The given costing / proposal is based on the requirements mentioned in the communication, any other services would be treated as additional requirement and may attract additional charges as applicable
• Any change in Hotel Rates / Transport Rates and Tariff / Tax Structure / Charges of Other Services during the period of offer proposal and finalisation would be applied and intimated up on confirmation. Any such changes in costing would be applicable and applied until the final settlement of payment
• The "Offer price" is valid only during the requested dates – change in travel date may cause to the change in offer price as well
• Hotels in the Hill Stations / Plantation destinations are mostly with Non A/C Rooms– kindly get it clarified if not specified to avoid any confusion
• In case of Triple Occupancy in a room is applicable (EB) Extra Bed would be a mattress on floor, Sofa-Cum-Bed or Coat as applicable by the respective hotels if not specified. Placing an Extra Bed in the room will certainly make the room congested hence expect some inconvenience in moving around in the room
• Usage of the transportation services are limited from 08.00 Hrs to 20.00 Hrs. However the service between 06.00 Hrs to 08.00 Hrs & 20.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs can be extended with an additional driver's Bata (each time) which has to be settled directly with the driver on a daily basis. Any usage between 22.00 Hrs & 06.00 Hrs has to be informed in advance – at the time of booking – as we can quote you separately to avoid any last minute disappointments / service denial.
• Air conditioner in the vehicle would be functional only during the vehicle is on the move (not when the vehicle parked). And Air conditioner wouldn't be functional during the drive through hill stations and Ghat Roads
• Only those sightseeing points would be covered which is accessible by the type of vehicle booked / quoted for
• Each sightseeing points / Temple visits (only which included in the itinerary) can be covered only once during the trip. If the guest want to do it multiple times, it is possible (if time permits) with additional payment (to be settled directly with the driver before proceeding for it) and the distance covered in such trips wouldn't be considered in the kilometre allowance worked out in the package
• Sightseeing of additional destinations – other than the destinations participating in the itinerary – cannot be covered
• Non response / comments on the above notes would be treated as "you have read understood and accepted in the above mentioned notes"

• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
